  1. Just Tack Cloth. It is a loosely woven fabric impregnated with a sticky, waxy substance, which are collected fine particles of dust and lint.

Available in all hardware stores, this is a must-have item if you have any spots or refinishing of wood.

Sanding the wood color is usually not a good idea if you find a mistake or if you take a closer look. Although it can look like wood and feels softer, it is still part of the grain are higher than others. These parts are displayed again will be in a clear finish.

  2. no sand-colored wood. There are no fuzz in the display for the club. Wipe with a tack cloth and finish with what you plan to use. Sand lightly between coats final

  3. The best thing is a piece of cloth "tack". You can find them in every center of the building. They are in bad taste and for the wood surface to collect the dirt is made before it ends.
Even after his first layer of poly, the use of fine steel wool, the surface smooth and use the tack cloth again to collect the fibers of steel wool.

  4. If the sand, but if it goes forward into other hands and create turbulence in the exit. Go slow and should be fine, after using the tissue paper and use the tack cloth and put your finishing touches.

  5. CCCTB was right. Use sandpaper grit 300 or finer. Note that the higher the number the more grain sandpaper. If you apply a sealer or varnish that you should drag a lite in order to achieve the best possible result. Discoloration caused easily with a dry cloth. Lint, which dries up in the finish not deleted! It is a sandy beach.

  6. Use very fine sandpaper and sand, so be sure to clean thoroughly with a lint-free cloth before applying the sealer.

  7. Who is not "fluff" on the surface, the grain is raised and hardened the stain dry. Any assistance proposals, sandpaper or steel wool. However, if you ask for water based poly, do not use steel wool. Who else on the surface of oxidized (oxidation) and showed in the finish.

Personally I use 400 wet or dry sandpaper on the automotive sector and most widely used is the best. Try not to quit in the sand and try to eliminate Knap raised.
